Caycee Hampton

Caycee Hampton is a seasoned litigator currently serving as a Shareholder at Carlton Fields since August 2014. In this role, Caycee successfully secured the dismissal of claims related to consumer deception in product labeling for an over-the-counter pain reliever and defended a hand sanitizer distributor and retailer against class action claims linked to benzene contamination. Prior to this, Caycee worked as a Judicial Law Clerk at the U.S. District Courts from August 2012 to August 2014. Educational qualifications include a Juris Doctor degree, cum laude, from the University of Florida - Fredric G. Levin College of Law (2009 - 2012) and a Bachelor of Arts degree, magna cum laude, from the University of Florida (2005 - 2009).
