Merrick L Gross

Merrick L "Rick" Gross is a distinguished legal professional currently serving as a Shareholder and the Miami Office Business Litigation Practice Group Leader at Carlton Fields since November 2008. Gross has been an active member of the American Bar Association (ABA) since 1987, holding various leadership roles including Co-Coordinator of the Leadership Development Task Force and Committee Chair for the Membership and Marketing Committee in the ABA Section of Litigation.
