Scott Feather

Scott Feather is a Shareholder at Carlton Fields since September 2013, specializing in defending title insurance underwriters against claims of statutory defalcation and wire diversion related to real estate transactions. Feather also successfully represented a title insurance underwriter in securing an ex parte injunction and the appointment of a receiver against a title agent for alleged improper transfers. Prior to this role, Feather served as an Associate at Trenam Law from September 2009 to September 2013 and completed an internship with the University of Tennessee's Athletic Department in 2005. Scott Feather earned a Doctor of Law (JD) degree, graduating summa cum laude, from Stetson University College of Law and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science with a minor in Economics, graduating magna cum laude from Wake Forest University.
