Steve Glatter

Steve Glatter is a shareholder and Of Counsel at Carlton Fields since September 2020, where representation focuses on real estate lenders in multimillion-dollar mortgage loans insured by the Federal Housing Administration (FHA). With a background that includes serving as an associate at Sheppard Mullin Richter & Hampton LLP and Krooth & Altman LLP, as well as a law clerk role at Stewards of Affordable Housing for the Future, Steve has developed extensive experience in FHA commercial transactions. Additionally, practical exposure was gained through a legal internship at the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development. Steve holds a Juris Doctor degree from The George Washington University Law School and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from The George Washington University.
