Tom Conner

Tom Conner is a seasoned legal professional with over 30 years of experience in representing mutual funds, ETFs, insurance companies, and other financial services entities. Currently, Tom serves as a Shareholder at Carlton Fields since January 2023. Prior positions include Shareholder at Vedder Price and Partner at Reed Smith LLP, as well as Partner at Sutherland Asbill & Brennan LLP. Additionally, Tom held the role of General Counsel at the Insured Retirement Institute from 1998 to 2001. Tom holds a Doctor of Law (JD) from The George Washington University Law School, a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus in finance from The George Washington University School of Business, and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a finance concentration from Suffolk University.
