Caroline Rudd

Caroline Rudd is an experienced People and Culture Manager with a strong background in human resources across multiple organizations. Currently serving in this role at Carlton Football Club since August 2022, Caroline previously held similar positions at Geelong Cats from March 2019 to August 2022 and Luxottica from May 2015 to June 2018, where responsibilities included overseeing various HR functions. Caroline's career in human resources began at Oakley and Luxottica Wholesale, focusing on talent acquisition and employee engagement. Earlier experience includes tenure at Hays, where Caroline progressed through various roles, ultimately managing recruitment and training.
