Chloe Giles is an accomplished sports professional with extensive experience in strength and conditioning across various organizations. Currently serving as the High Performance Assistant for the AFLW and Head Strength and Conditioning Coach for the VFLW at Carlton Football Club since June 2022, Chloe has also held roles as a Strength and Conditioning Coach at Full Speed Performance and an Academic Tutor at La Trobe University. Additional experience includes positions as a Personal Trainer at Virgin Active, Netball Strength and Conditioning Coach for the Doncaster and Districts Netball Association, and a Strength and Conditioning Coach at Optimus Health Group. Chloe's foundational roles include internships and placements at Exercise Research Australia, Optimus Health Group, Preston Lions FC, and North East Blaze Netball Club. Currently pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy degree at La Trobe University focused on bone stress injuries in AFLW players, Chloe also holds a Bachelor's degree in Sports and Exercise.

The Carlton Football Club, established in 1864, is a professional Australian rules football club based at Ikon Park in Carlton North, Melbourne, Victoria. The Club competes in the Australian Football League, and was one of the eight founding members of the competition back in 1897, then known as the Victorian Football Association. Its nickname, the Blues, comes from the navy blue colours that is traditionally worn as its playing uniform. Carlton has historically been one of the AFL's most successful clubs, having won sixteen senior premierships throughout its rich history.
