Matthew Edge

Matthew Edge has extensive experience in software engineering and automation, currently serving as a Software Engineer & Automation Specialist at Carlton Scale since June 2022, where responsibilities include leading technical support and developing service support systems. Prior to this role, Matthew worked at DIRECTV from June 2003 to March 2016 as a Satellite Installation Technician, achieving over 90% customer satisfaction and maintaining a low return rate for diagnosed issues. Matthew holds an Associate's degree in Information Technology, alongside several certifications from Alamance Community College, including Business Support, Mechatronics Engineering Technology, and Web Design, topped with a High School Diploma from Graham High.
