Les Harkness has over 20 years of experience in the aviation industry. Les is currently working as the VP Powerplant Support at Carlyle Aviation Partners since March 2021. In addition, they attended Confederation College of Applied Arts and Technology, where they studied Aviation Technician - Aircraft Maintenance.
