Ricky Isserow

Ricky Isserow has a diverse work experience starting in 2008 as a Summer Analyst in the Investment Banking Division at UBS. Ricky then worked as a Strategy Consultant at L.E.K. Consulting from 2010 to 2014. Following that, they joined City Hall Capital as a Senior Investment Associate from 2014 to 2016. Ricky then worked as an Independent Investment and Strategy Consultant at Isserow Consulting in 2017. In the same year, they also freelanced as a Strategy and Corporate Development Consultant for Ampol (formerly Caltex Australia). From 2018 to 2020, Ricky was a Senior Manager in Strategy and Corporate Development at Ampol. In 2021, they worked as a Freelance Consultant in Global Strategy at Xero and currently holds the position of Director - Strategy & Business Operations at Carma, a fully digital used car dealership.

Ricky Isserow has a Bachelor of Commerce in Finance with Distinction from UNSW. Ricky also has a Bachelor of Laws with Honours Class 1 from UNSW. Additionally, Ricky participated in an international exchange program at Uppsala University for one semester, working towards an LLB. Prior to their university studies, Ricky achieved the highest academic standing at Masada College, where they earned the title of Dux of Year 12.
