Shaariq Chundrigar

Shaariq Chundrigar has a diverse work experience in the field of software engineering. In 2018, they worked as a Software Development Intern at Macquarie University for a period of three months. Shaariq then joined NextGen.Net as a Software Developer in July 2018 and worked there until April 2020. In 2020, Shaariq joined Open Colleges as a Software Engineer, where they were responsible for maintaining and improving the existing site and systems. Shaariq also played a key role in conducting deployments and ensuring codebase standards. In 2021, they joined Quantaco as a Software Engineer and worked there until March 2022. Currently, Shaariq is employed at Carma as a Senior Software Engineer, starting from March 2022.

Shaariq Chundrigar completed a Bachelor of Information Technology degree in Computer Science from Macquarie University from 2016 to 2018. In 2016, they also earned a Full Stack Web Development Certification from freeCodeCamp in Computer Software Engineering. Prior to that, from 2015 to 2016, Shaariq attended the Sydney Institute of Business and Technology (SIBT) where they obtained a Diploma of Computing in Computer Science.

In addition to their formal education, Shaariq Chundrigar received an Amazon Web Services Cloud Practitioner certification from Amazon Web Services (AWS) in February 2020.
