Aromal R. has extensive work experience in the digital transformation and IT solutions industry. Aromal served as the Group CEO at Carmatec Inc, a global digital partner to businesses and governments. Aromal also held the role of CEO at Bitgenics Digital Ventures LLP and Managing Director at Carmatec Global. Aromal R. has been a member of the Board of Directors at InstaCarma and RailsCarma, where they provided strategic guidance in software development and platform integration. Aromal was also the Chairman of Carmatec IT Solutions Pvt Ltd, offering web application development services with a focus on cloud technologies. Additionally, Aromal R. worked at Carmatec IT Solutions Middle East, providing advanced IT solutions for Middle Eastern governments and businesses. Their most recent role is as a Mentor at Newchip Accelerator, where they guide startups in various areas of expertise.

Aromal R. graduated with a B.Tech degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering from Pondicherry University in 2001. Prior to that, they completed a Diploma in Applied Electronics from IHRDE in 1997. Aromal then pursued a Management Program in Entrepreneurship/Entrepreneurial Studies at the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore from 2010 to 2011. In 2014, they earned a degree in Marketing Strategy from Cornell Johnson Graduate School of Management. Aromal also holds a certificate in Six Sigma Yellow Belt from The University System of Georgia in 2020 and a Six Sigma White Belt from Aveta Business Institute in the same year. Additionally, they obtained various certifications including a Professional certificate in Digital Transformation from Purdue University (expected in 2023), Six Sigma Principles from Coursera (2020), Google Adwords Certification in Advanced Display from Google (2014), and an Advance Certification in Software Engineering from IBM (2002). Further, Aromal became an AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner in August 2020.
