Andrew Richardson

Andrew Richardson serves as a Senior Manager in Service Operations Innovation at CarMax, a role held since March 2008. With extensive experience in managing large-scale projects to enhance business operations, Andrew also oversees strategic national account relationships and compliance tasks across the United States. Previous positions include Senior Manager of Service Operations Store Support, Line Production Manager, and Automotive Technician Subject Matter Expert, where Andrew managed production teams, ensured OSHA compliance, and trained new technicians. Andrew began a career as a Body Shop Technician Apprentice at Phillips Automotive Collision Repair Facility, gaining valuable skills in body and structural repairs. Andrew is a Master ASE certified automotive technician and has actively contributed to CarMax's community initiatives as a member of the CarMax Cares committee.
