Bryant E. Spann has extensive experience in leadership roles within the automotive and engineering industries. Currently serving as the Regional Vice President for the Customer Experience Center - Omnichannel at CarMax since March 2004, Bryant oversees a region comprising 17 Location General Managers and leads a diverse team that includes department heads in purchasing, operations, human resources, and asset protection. Previously, Bryant held positions as Location General Manager and Sales Manager, focusing on customer experience and sales team development. Prior to joining CarMax, Bryant was a Wireline Field Engineer at Schlumberger, where responsibilities included planning and supervising well site operations. Bryant holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Prairie View A&M University.
