Desmond S. is a seasoned software engineer with extensive experience in application development and maintenance. Currently serving as a Senior Software Engineer and Tier 2 Support Lead at CarMax since June 2018, Desmond focuses on developing .NET applications to optimize payroll processes for over 20,000 associates. Previously, Desmond worked at Veradigm® from January 2012 to June 2018, contributing to significant projects such as the Immunization Registry and Electronic Prescriptions, while handling claim and acknowledgment processing. Proficient in the complete Software Development Life Cycle and Agile methodologies, Desmond utilizes techniques like Test-Driven Development and continuous integration.
