Edward Lockley, CSPO, has over two decades of experience in the technology sector, currently serving as the Director of Enterprise Applications - Contact Center Technology at CarMax since November 2007. Prior roles at CarMax include Senior Manager of Technology, Manager, Product Owner, Senior IT Project Manager, and IT Project Manager with a focus on vendor management. Prior to CarMax, Edward worked as a Project Manager in Store Services at Circuit City from June 2000 to November 2007. Edward pursued studies in Accounting and Business/Management at Braxton School of Business.
