Hugh Schader

Hugh Schader is a Senior Analyst in the GenAI division at CarMax, having joined the company in July 2022, where responsibilities include working on appraisals pricing algorithms. Previous roles at CarMax included Analyst II in the Analyst Rotation Program, focusing on developing a customer value model and creating an interactive PowerBI dashboard. Prior to CarMax, Hugh served as a Peer Tutor in Economics at Harvard University from January to April 2020. Hugh holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Harvard University, completed in 2022, and has educational experience at Onondaga Community College and Jordan Elbridge High School.
