John Hutt

John Hutt is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership and operations management. Currently serving as Location General Manager at CarMax since June 2014, John Hutt oversees various locations and enhances operational efficiency. Prior to CarMax, John Hutt worked at The Home Depot for over 25 years, initially as District Manager, leading eight stores and managing significant sales and associate numbers. John Hutt's career also includes roles as Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager, where responsibilities included maximizing sales, profitability, and the implementation of strategic objectives. Earlier experience includes serving as Director of Operations at Guycom, managing daily operations for an import-export business with substantial annual sales. John Hutt holds degrees in Business Administration from Florida Atlantic University and Palm Beach Community College.
