Jose Diaz

Jose Diaz is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in retail management and a strong commitment to diversity and inclusion initiatives. Currently serving as the Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging Chair at CarMax since January 2021, Jose has successfully led a team to implement programs that foster an inclusive workplace for all associates. Prior to this role, Jose excelled in various positions, including Sales Manager at CarMax, where over $5 million in sales revenue was generated through effective coaching and strategic action plans. Jose's previous roles as Retail Store Manager at T-Mobile and Store Manager at Sprint highlighted strong operational management and team development skills, achieving significant sales growth and improved productivity.
