Kerrol Codallo

Kerrol Codallo is a Human-Centered Strategy and Experience Leader currently serving as the Senior Diversity and Inclusion Manager at CarMax. Since 2021, they have focused on fostering a culture of belonging through strategic initiatives centered on diversity, equity, and inclusion. Previously, Kerrol held various roles at CarMax, including Buyer and Senior Manager of Customer Experience Center, contributing to the company’s customer-centric approach. They are also pursuing their education at the University of Miami.
