Elisa Xu

Elisa Xu is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in diversity and inclusion, internal communications, and team engagement across various industries. Currently serving as the Diversity and Inclusion Manager for APAC at Capri Holdings Limited since December 2022, Elisa Xu focuses on promoting a D&I culture across multiple markets in the region. Prior to this role, Elisa Xu was the Internal Communications Manager at PVH Corp. and held the position of Communications & Engagement Manager at Nike, where responsibilities included managing internal communications and team engagement activities. Earlier career roles at Mary Kay Inc. and Sodexo involved logistics communication and client relationship management, respectively. Elisa Xu earned a Bachelor's degree in French and English from Shanghai International Studies University between 2003 and 2007.
