Kristen Ekey

Kristen Ekey is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law and consumer protection. Currently serving as Senior Corporate Counsel at CarMax since September 2022, Kristen previously held the position of Manager of Business and Marketing Legal Counsel at Capital One from August 2019 to August 2022. Kristen's background includes a role as Senior Associate at Guggenheim Partners from September 2014 to September 2018, along with legal internships at the New York City Environmental Control Board and the Federal Trade Commission, where responsibilities included drafting appellate decisions and preparing legal memos. Kristen's career began at Fleishman-Hillard, where as Managing Supervisor, responsibilities included overseeing federal projects and managing media strategies.
