Kristy Jordan

Kristy Jordan is an accomplished professional in the field of talent acquisition and human resources, currently serving as the Assistant Vice President of Talent Acquisition at CarMax since August 2012. Kristy has held various progressive roles at CarMax, including Talent Acquisition Director, Talent Acquisition Senior Manager, and Human Resources Senior Manager. Prior to CarMax, Kristy worked at Target from June 2002 to August 2012 as a Human Resources Business Partner, Human Resources Representative, and Human Resources Intern. Kristy holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from James Madison University and a Master's degree in Business/Human Resources Management from Virginia Commonwealth University.
