Maribeth Derer

Maribeth Derer is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project and delivery management, particularly in the financial and technology sectors. Currently serving as Senior Delivery Manager at CarMax since April 2023, Maribeth previously held multiple roles at Capital One from 2010 to 2023, including Technical Program Manager, where guidance was provided to enterprise Machine Learning groups, and Agile Delivery Lead, which focused on enhancing team delivery practices and enabling successful transitions. Maribeth has also contributed to Union Bankshares Corp. as a Senior Project Manager and has held various positions at USAA, specializing in marketing and communications.
