Michael Gangeri currently serves as the Director of Enterprise Service Management at CarMax, where responsibilities include providing strategic vision for the Solution Center and ServiceNow Platform, leading innovation initiatives, and managing relationships with external vendors. Gangeri has held multiple leadership positions at CarMax, including Director of Reliability Engineering and Sr. Manager roles in Technology and Data & Analytics, driving improvements in system reliability, budget management, and incident response strategies. Prior to CarMax, Gangeri accumulated extensive experience in database administration and operations management at Markel Corporation and various other organizations, beginning a career in the U.S. Coast Guard. Gangeri holds a B.S. in Marketing from Fairfield University and an Associate's Degree in Applied Computer Science from ECPI University.
