Ricky Nesbitt, THD., M.S. B.A., serves as the Lead Business Office Associate at CarMax since March 2008, overseeing business office associates and front office staff, managing contract funding, disbursements, and financial accounts, while also supporting the onboarding and evaluation of new employees. Additionally, Ricky is the Chief Executive Officer and President of the Richard & Thelma Nesbitt Foundation Inc. Education includes a Doctor's Degree in Theology from The School of Great Commission Bible College & Seminary, a Master of Science in Human Resources Management from Strayer University, and a Bachelor of Arts in Youth Ministry & Christian Leadership from Charleston Southern University.
