Ricky Wong

Ricky Wong is an experienced technology leader currently serving as the Head of Acquisition Supply Chain Engineering and the Head of Supply Chain and Auctions Platform Engineering at CarMax since December 2021. With a career spanning over 15 years at Capital One, Ricky held several key positions, including Director of Technical Program Management and Delivery, Director of Conversational AI and Consumer Messaging Platforms, and Senior Manager of Search and Messaging Platforms. Responsibilities included managing software delivery ecosystems for large teams, leading the transformation of messaging platforms to cloud-based environments, and enhancing digital experiences for customers. Ricky's earlier roles include Web Content Lead for USPS.com at Aquilent and Full Stack Software Engineer at CSRA Inc., among others. Ricky holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Integrated Science and Technology from James Madison University.
