Ryan Dixon

Ryan Dixon is a seasoned professional in the recruitment and talent acquisition field, currently serving as a Senior Recruiter at CarMax since October 2017. In this role, Ryan enhances the customer experience by managing recruitment for various positions across the United States, focusing on supporting the omni-channel experience. Prior to CarMax, Ryan worked at Aerotek from March 2014 to August 2017, first as a Recruiter and later as an Account Manager, where responsibilities included identifying and securing top talent for clients. Earlier in Ryan's career, experience as a Mortgage Loan Originator at Dominion Capital Mortgage involved managing client relationships throughout the mortgage refinancing process. Ryan holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in History with a minor in Communications Studies from Randolph-Macon College.
