VP, Investor Relations at CarMax

Stacy Frole is the Vice President of Investor Relations at CarMax, the largest retailer of used autos. Stacy has been with the company since May 2019 and is responsible for creating the company's first Responsibility Report and disclosure of near- and long-term targets. Frole is a member of the ESG Leadership Team and has developed a long-term investment thesis featuring CarMax's transformation from a brick-and-mortar retailer into an omni-channel experience.

Before joining CarMax, Frole was the Vice President of Investor Relations at Cedar Fair Entertainment Company from February 2003 to April 2019. During their time at Cedar Fair, they were promoted to Director of Investor Relations in 2005 and then to Vice President in 2013. As Vice President, they were responsible for communicating with investors, potential investors, and investment bankers to ensure a thorough understanding of market conditions and the company’s value proposition. Stacy also served on the Executive Steering Committee, which developed the company’s strategic vision before it was dissolved.

Stacy Frole went to Miami University and got their Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting & Finance. After that, they got their certification from the State of Ohio in Certified Public Accountant.

They work with Andy McMonigle - VP, Finance and Treasurer, Jill Livesay - VP, Controller. A direct report to Stacy Frole is and Celeste Gunter - Manager of Investor Relations. Stacy Frole reports to Enrique Mayor-Mora, SVP, Chief Financial Officer.
