Stephanie Beck, MHRM, SHRM-CP, currently serves as the Diversity and Inclusion Manager at CarMax since October 2022. Prior experience includes holding the position of Senior Human Resources Specialist in Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion at Dominion Energy from February 2022 to October 2022, as well as serving in the United States Air Force as a Personnel Specialist and Unit Training Manager from June 2016 to June 2022. Additional roles include Diversity and Inclusion Specialist and Senior Human Resources Information Systems Representative at Genworth, 3rd Party Liability/Casualty Adjuster at Allstate, Team Leader with AmeriCorps NCCC, and various intern positions at Warner Music Group. Stephanie's educational background includes a Master of Human Resource Management from the University of Richmond, a Diversity and Inclusion Certificate from Cornell University, and a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Media Studies from Montclair State University.
