Kalen Leo

Kalen Leo is an experienced professional with a strong background in operations, project management, and team leadership across various sectors, including healthcare and wellness. Currently serving as the Head of People & Culture and Inventory Manager at Carmel Cannabis since April 2020, Kalen previously held roles as Director of Clinic Operations and Clinic Coordinator at Natural Care. Earlier experience includes positions such as Intake Coordinator at Central Toronto Therapy, Spa Operations Manager and Project Manager at Pure+simple, and Business Manager and E-commerce Coordinator at Pure+simple. Kalen also contributed to the Irish Cancer Society as a Fundraising Project Manager. Kalen holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology from the University of Guelph.
