John Lampe has extensive experience in recreation management and customer service, currently serving as Recreation Services Manager at Carmel Clay Parks & Recreation since March 2016, following roles as Assistant Manager for Aquatic Operations and Senior Member's Services Associate. In these positions, John played a key role in overseeing guest services at The Waterpark, managing a staff of over 20, and handling significant financial responsibilities. Previous experience includes a Sales Associate position at PNC and a Grill Manager role at Dairy Queen Grill & Chill, where John developed essential skills in conflict resolution and operational efficiency. An active leader, John served as President of Phi Delta Theta, overseeing chapter operations and fostering a positive culture among members.
