Kristina Bond

Kristina Bond has extensive experience in the swimming coaching and education fields, currently serving as the Director of Operations and Associate Head Coach at Team Charlotte Swimming since September 2015, and as the Varsity Swimming Head Coach and Program Head at Providence Day School since July 2014. Kristina also holds the position of Head Swim Coach at Carmel Country Club and has previously worked with various swim clubs in the Greater Charlotte area, including as Head Swim Coach for the Greater Charlotte Swim League from 2011 to 2019. Additionally, Kristina has teaching experience in Charlotte-Mecklenburg Schools and served as a camp counselor and swim instructor at Camp Merrie-Woode. Kristina Bond holds a Bachelor of Education in Elementary Education from Queens University of Charlotte and a Graduate Certificate in Nonprofit Management from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro.
