Brett Nelson

Brett Nelson is a seasoned professional in development and architecture, currently serving as Vice President of Development at Carmel Partners since August 2014, where previous roles included Director of Development Execution and Associate of Development. Prior to this, Brett held various positions at EHDD from October 2005 to August 2014, including Project Manager/Project Architect and Contract Administration Lead. Responsibilities included managing multiple projects, overseeing contract administration for a significant $85 million condominium project in San Francisco, and contributing to the design and documentation of high-rise residential towers. Brett obtained a Master of Architecture degree from Tulane University between 2000 and 2005.
