Scott Stearns

Scott Stearns is a seasoned construction professional with extensive experience in multifamily projects. Currently serving as a Senior Superintendent at Carmel Partners since September 2021, Scott oversees a project featuring 151 units, utilizing Type IIIA over Type IA Podium construction. Previously, as Lead Superintendent at StreetLights Residential from May 2020 to September 2021, Scott managed a 276-unit multifamily project with Type VA Garden design. Earlier roles include Assistant Superintendent at Alliance Residential Company, where Scott contributed to a 360-unit project, and Independent Contractor at Trident Group, Inc. Notably, Scott served in the U.S. Navy for over two decades, retiring as a SEAL (SOCS). Scott holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from TUI University, obtained between 2007 and 2009.
