Janna Hymes is an accomplished conductor with extensive experience in leading orchestras and music ensembles. Currently serving as the Artistic Director for both the Sedona Symphony since May 2023 and the Carmel Symphony Orchestra since July 2017, Janna has also held the position of Music Director for Maine Pro Musica since 2009 and led the Williamsburg Symphonia from 2004 until June 2019. Janna Hymes holds a Master's degree in Orchestral Conducting from the Cincinnati Conservatory of Music and a Bachelor's degree in piano and music theory from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.

Carmel Symphony Orchestra is the 85-member Resident Orchestra at The Palladium at The Center for the Performing Arts in Carmel.
