Adam Campbell has extensive experience in the hospitality and fitness industries, currently serving as a Banquet Captain at Bernardus Lodge & Spa since August 2018 and at Carmel Valley Ranch since September 2011. Adam has a proven track record in coordinating food service, managing event setups, and ensuring compliance with health regulations. Previous roles include a stint as a Banquet Captain at Monterey Plaza Hotel & Spa in 2019 and a Fitness Director and Massage Practitioner at Bay Physical Therapy and Sports Rehabilitation, where Adam developed and implemented fitness programs.
