The leadership team at Carmen's Group has a wealth of experience in the hospitality industry. They have worked regionally and internationally for some of the most well-known companies in the business, such as Bier Markt, OTG Management, Morton's The Steakhouse, Langham Hospitality Group, and Fairmont Hotels and Resorts. They have also gained valuable experience in accounting and finance through their work at BDO and Northway Ford Lincoln Ltd. In addition to their work experience, the team is also highly educated, with degrees from Trent University, the University of Guelph, IMI International Management Institute Switzerland, and Niagara College.
