Ivan Dugandzic

Ivan Dugandzic is an experienced professional in the fields of safety, quality management, and research and development. Currently serving as Safety and Quality Manager at Carmeuse since August 2017, Ivan oversees laboratory operations and quality assurance for two facilities in Serbia and Bosnia and Herzegovina. Prior to this role, Ivan spent a decade at Knauf, progressing through various positions including R&D Manager, where leadership in product development and validation projects was emphasized, and Quality Manager, focusing on the implementation of ISO 9001 and OHSAS 18001 standards. Ivan also held roles as Deputy Plant Manager, optimizing production processes, and Material Application Manager, providing technical support and documentation. Ivan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering, Biochemical Engineering, and Biotechnology from the University of Belgrade.
