Emily Moe

Emily Moe is an experienced human resources professional with a focus on employee relations, policy development, and compliance. Currently serving as the Director of Human Resources at Carmichael Lynch since August 2011, Emily has also held the position of Human Resources Manager. Previous experience includes working as an HR Generalist in the International Division at St. Jude Medical, where responsibilities encompassed full-cycle recruitment and performance management. Emily started their career as an HR Intern in the same division and also gained experience as a Project Coordinator Intern at Management Recruiters of Eagan, focusing on candidate sourcing in the medical device industry. Educational qualifications include an MBA from the University of Minnesota - Carlson School of Management and a BA in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources and English from the University of St. Thomas.
