Frédéric Despres

Frédéric Despres is the Value Creation Director for the Northern France Portfolio at CARMILA. Prior to this, they were the Directeur Régional IDF Asset Management at Carrefour Property from September 2011 to June 2014. Before that, they were with Unibail-Rodamco from April 2008 to September 2011 as the Responsable Audit Interne et Management des Risques. Frédéric began their career in auditing with Caterpillar Financial Services Corporation from April 2005 to April 2008 as the Responsable Audit Interne et Management des Risques before moving to Deloitte France from September 2002 to April 2005 as an Auditeur Senior.

Frédéric Despres attended EDHEC Business School, where they earned a degree in business administration.

Their manager is Alexandre De Palmas, Chief Executive Officer. They work with Géry Robert-ambroix - Deputy CEO, Sebastian Palacios - Director, Spain, and Maryse Beucher - Director, Italy.
