Eduardo Seguen has a strong background in the restaurant industry, demonstrating progressive experience in management roles from February 2020 to the present at Carmine's NYC Family Style Italian. Prior to this, Eduardo served as Assistant General Manager at Texas de Brazil Brazilian Steak House from October 2018 to February 2020. Previous positions include Restaurant Manager at HMC Hooters NYC (October 2017 - October 2018) and PJ Ryans Squared (May 2016 - November 2017), as well as a Server at The Liberty House (June 2014 - August 2016). Additional experience includes working as a Server Trainer at Del Frisco's (August 2015 - May 2016) and as a Service Professional at Olive Garden from July 2010 to June 2014. Eduardo is an alumnus of Hudson County Community College, having attended from 2009 to 2012.

We are a group of service oriented restaurant professionals with extensive experience in fast paced, full service, dining.
