Randy Talbot has a diverse background in the food service industry. Randy most recently served as the Chief Operating Officer and Executive Director of Operations for Alicart/Carmine's & Virgil's Real BBQ since 2015. Prior to that, they held the position of Chief Operating Officer at Carmine's NYC Family Style Italian. Randy also worked as an Area Supervisor at Hale and Hearty in 2013. From 2007 to 2013, Talbot was the Vice President of Operations at Havana Central, overseeing four upscale Cuban restaurants. Randy served as the Manhattan Area Manager for Le Pain Quotidien from 2005 to 2007. Starting their career in 1987, Talbot worked as an Area Director at Bertucci's and Bertucci's Restaurant Corp.

Randy Talbot attended Berklee College of Music from 1981 to 1985, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Electronic Music / Film Scoring. In February 2017, they also obtained a certification from Vistage Worldwide, Inc., specifically from the Vistage Advisory Group.
