Brian Nolan

Brian Nolan is a highly experienced shareholder at Carmody MacDonald P.C., specializing in real estate and land use, commercial finance and private equity, and corporate and business law since August 2005. Their practice focuses on commercial real estate development, including the negotiation of sales, acquisitions, and leasing for various properties. Prior to this role, Brian served as a judicial law clerk for the Missouri Court of Appeals, Eastern District under the late Hon. Lawrence G. Brian holds a Juris Doctor degree from Saint Louis University School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy with an English minor from the University of Missouri-Columbia. Additionally, Brian completed the Leadership Clayton program in 2007.
