Jay H. Sandak

Jay H. Sandak is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in mediation and arbitration. As a Partner and Attorney Mediator/Arbitrator at Carmody Torrance Sandak & Hennessey LLP since January 2014, Jay focuses on helping parties reach agreeable solutions by emphasizing their underlying interests. Prior roles include serving as a Fellow and former National Board Member at the American College of Civil Trial Mediators, and as Partner at both Sandak Hennessey & Greco, LLP and Silver Golub & Sandak. Jay's legal career began as a Law Clerk at the United States Court of Claims, followed by the position of Corporation Counsel for the City of Stamford. Jay holds a JD from Syracuse University College of Law and an AB in Government from Colby College.
