Tom McCarthy P.e.

Tom McCarthy, P.E. currently serves as the Director Of Engineering at Carnahan, Proctor and Cross, Inc. in Central Florida. Tom has a strong background in land development, real estate, and construction projects, having held various roles such as Vice President of Real Estate Development and Vice President of Land Acquisitions and Development in previous companies. Tom has extensive experience in managing approvals, entitlements, permits, site construction, governmental acceptance, and community maintenance for both residential and commercial projects. Tom holds a MBA in Management from the University of Miami Herbert Business School and a BSE in Civil Engineering from the University of South Florida.
