Kirsty McGuire

Kirsty McGuire has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and companies. Kirsty started working for CF in 2015 as a Recruitment Coordinator before later becoming a Corporate lead in 2016. From 2009 to 2013, they worked as the Head of CE office at NHS London SHA. Kirsty then joined NHS England as a Senior Assurance Manager from 2014 to 2015. Kirsty returned to CF in 2017 as an Office Manager and later transitioned to the role of Head of Corporate Operations from 2018 to 2021. Currently, Kirsty holds the position of People and Operations Director at CF since January 2021.

Kirsty McGuire attended UCL from 1999 to 2002, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Human Sciences.
