Madison Earle

Madison Earle is a Business Development Manager at CF since August 2025, with a prior role as Senior Consultant at Trinity Life Sciences from June 2022 to August 2025. Madison began the career as a Clinical Research Coordinator at Boston Children's Hospital, focusing on the Orthopaedic Surgery Department from June 2020 to June 2022. Madison co-founded and served as Co-President of Women of Harvard Athletics, providing networking resources for female student-athletes at Harvard University. As the President of the Harvard Athlete Medical Mentorship Program, Madison connected student-athletes with alumni in the medical field. Madison is a Harvard University graduate with a Bachelor's degree in Neuroscience and has extensive experience in athletics as a member of the Harvard Field Hockey team and the NCAA Student Athlete Advisory Committee.
