Osmund Allan

Osmund Allan is an experienced professional with a strong background in corporate development and financial analysis. Currently serving as Manager for Corporate Development at Carne Group since June 2021, Osmund played a key role in a significant €100 million private equity investment by Vitruvian Partners aimed at expanding the company's technology platform. Previous experience includes positions at IBI Corporate Finance as an Executive and at Baaya International as a Research Analyst, where Osmund developed growth strategies and conducted extensive financial analyses. Earlier roles include a Research Analyst position at CRISIL Limited, where revenue performance was assessed, and an Analyst role at KPMG Advisory focused on risk management within the metals and mining sector. Osmund holds an MBA from UCD Michael Smurfit Graduate Business School and a Bachelor's degree in Management Studies with a focus on Economics and Logistics from St. Xavier's College, in addition to being a Chartered Financial Analyst.
