Deborah Carroll has extensive experience in the field of international ethics and technology management. Since April 1986, Deborah has served as Executive Producer and IT Director at the Carnegie Council for Ethics in International Affairs, leading the Carnegie Ethics Studio and overseeing all technology requirements. Deborah launched and has been the executive producer of the Global Ethics Forum, a weekly television program that has been on air since 2008. Prior to this role, Deborah worked as a Research and Development Associate at Delta Resources from 1984 to 1986, where responsibilities included creating and managing hierarchical databases for touch screen graphics and early internet systems.
